Gangs Of Tog follows a 30-day no question asked return policy online.

Every return should contain the original packaging. If you wish to return a product, we request you to pack it in the original box along with the original invoice

Damaged / Defective Product

If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 30-Day Return Policy applies to all products sold on gangsoftog.com

While damaged or defective footwear are also covered under the 30-Day Return Policy; you can initiate a return under the 30 Day Return Policy if you are not satisfied with the product or the fit.

Product Specific Policies:

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them in.

Please understand that we cannot accept returns under the following instances:

– Damages due to misuse of the product

– Products with tampered or missing serial or UPC numbers or labels

– Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

After inspection, we will confirm if the merchandise is in acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 3 working days after we receive the shipment.

Upon confirmation, as per the return policy, we will refund the amount back to you via the same channel with which you made the payment.
